Laser Hair Removal

5 questions

Laser hair removal can be performed on a wide range of skin tones when the device, wavelength and settings are selected appropriately. Safety depends on an in-person assessment of your skin tone, hair color, recent sun exposure, medications and medical history. A test spot may be recommended, especially for darker or recently tanned skin.

Most clients describe the sensation as brief warmth or a quick snap against the skin. Discomfort varies by treatment area, hair density and individual sensitivity. The device’s cooling system helps protect the skin and improve comfort during treatment.

Most clients need a series of treatments because laser is most effective when hair is in its active growth phase, and not all hairs are active at the same time. A common starting plan is approximately six to eight sessions, followed by occasional maintenance as needed. The exact number varies by area, hair density, hormones and individual response.

Shave the treatment area as directed, usually about 24 hours before your visit. Avoid waxing, threading or plucking for several weeks beforehand because the follicle must be present. Avoid tanning and self-tanner, protect the area from sun exposure, and tell us about all medications, recent procedures and changes in your health before treatment.

Temporary redness, warmth or small bumps around the follicles are common and usually settle within hours to a few days. Use gentle skincare, avoid heat and strenuous exercise as directed, and protect the area from the sun. Treated hairs may appear to grow before shedding over the next one to three weeks. Contact us promptly for blistering, severe pain or an unexpected skin reaction.

BOTOX® | Neuromodulators

5 questions

BOTOX® and other neuromodulators temporarily reduce the nerve signals that cause selected muscles to contract. This softens expression lines such as forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet while preserving a natural appearance when the treatment is planned conservatively.

Early changes may appear within several days, with the full effect commonly developing over about one to two weeks. Timing varies by product, treatment area, dose and individual response. A follow-up may be recommended after the result has fully developed.

Results commonly last about three to four months, although duration varies by treatment area, dose, metabolism, muscle strength and treatment history. Movement gradually returns rather than stopping suddenly, and maintenance can be scheduled when the effect begins to fade.

Do not rub or massage the injected areas unless your provider specifically instructs you to do so. Avoid strenuous exercise and pressure on the treated areas for the period stated in your aftercare instructions. Follow the personalized guidance provided at your appointment, since recommendations may vary by treatment area.

Treatment may not be appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an infection at the planned injection site, or for certain neuromuscular conditions, allergies or medication combinations. Disclose your full medical history, medications, supplements and previous reactions. Final eligibility is determined during the medical assessment.

Dermal Fillers

2 questions

Filler selection is based on the area being treated, tissue quality, desired degree of structure or softness, prior treatments and your facial anatomy. During consultation, we evaluate your goals and recommend the product, placement and amount that can create the most balanced result. Not every concern is best treated with filler, and we will tell you when another option is more appropriate.

Longevity depends on the product, treatment area, amount used and individual metabolism. Some hyaluronic-acid fillers may last roughly six to eighteen months, while certain products or areas may last shorter or longer. Swelling can temporarily affect the appearance, so the result is assessed after the area has settled.

Regenerative Injectables & Biorejuvenation

2 questions

PRP and PRF are prepared from a small sample of your own blood and concentrate platelets and growth-factor-rich components; PRF forms a slower-release fibrin matrix. EZGel is created by processing PRF into a gel-like autologous material that can provide temporary support while promoting gradual tissue-quality improvement. Sculptra® is an injectable poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator that encourages collagen production over time. These treatments are not interchangeable, and the best choice depends on the treatment area, degree of volume loss and desired timeline.

A series is often recommended because regenerative and collagen-stimulating treatments develop gradually. Depending on the product, concern and treatment plan, this may mean approximately two to four sessions spaced several weeks apart, followed by maintenance. Sculptra is planned by vial and session rather than by the same schedule used for PRP or PRF.

Microneedling & Exosome Treatments

2 questions

Standard microneedling creates controlled microchannels to stimulate the skin’s natural repair and collagen response. Microneedling with PRP uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood as part of the treatment. An exosome protocol uses a topical exosome-based product selected by the provider after microneedling. Evidence, regulation and product quality differ among add-ons, so recommendations are made only after consultation and do not guarantee a particular result.

Many clients begin with a series of three treatments spaced about four to six weeks apart. Deeper acne scars, more advanced texture concerns or pigmentation may require additional sessions or a combination plan. Collagen remodeling continues gradually, so improvement is evaluated over several months rather than immediately after one visit.

Facials & Chemical Peels

2 questions

The best facial depends on whether your priority is hydration, congestion, acne-safe care, sensitivity, dullness or routine maintenance. We begin with a skin analysis and review of your current products, recent procedures and goals, then customize the facial and home-care recommendations rather than using the same protocol for every client.

Yes, but customization is essential. Product selection, peel strength, contact time, exfoliation and extractions are adjusted to the condition of your skin. Active irritation, a damaged skin barrier, certain medications or recent procedures may require a gentler facial or postponing a peel. Daily sunscreen and the provided aftercare are especially important.

Wellness Treatments

2 questions

An IV drip delivers fluids and selected ingredients directly into a vein over a monitored period. NAD+ may be offered by IV infusion or injection depending on the prescribed protocol, while B12 and glutathione are administered as injections when medically appropriate. They differ in ingredients, route, dosing, treatment time and potential risks; they should not be treated as interchangeable or as substitutes for diagnosis, nutrition, hydration or medical care.

Your provider reviews your goals, symptoms, allergies, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status and relevant laboratory information. Vital signs and hydration status may also be assessed. Treatment is offered only when there is an appropriate protocol and no identified contraindication; otherwise, you may be referred for medical evaluation or laboratory testing.

Hair Rejuvenation

2 questions

PRP is prepared from your own blood and injected into targeted areas of the scalp. The concentrated platelets release signaling proteins that may support follicle activity and improve hair density in appropriately selected clients. It is generally used for certain forms of non-scarring hair thinning and cannot revive follicles that are permanently scarred or absent, so identifying the cause of hair loss is important.

A common initial plan is three sessions spaced about four to six weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments based on response and the cause of hair loss. Visible change takes time because hair grows in cycles; progress is usually assessed with standardized photographs over several months. Results vary, and ongoing medical treatment may also be recommended.
