Medical aesthetic treatments are performed by, or under the supervision of, appropriately licensed providers in accordance with California law. Eligibility is confirmed in person, and we may decline to provide a treatment that we do not consider safe or appropriate for you.

Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Before-and-after images and descriptions on this site illustrate individual outcomes and are not a promise of your result.

This website does not take bookings. You can request an appointment by phone, by email or in person; it is confirmed only once we confirm it with you. Deposit, cancellation and late-arrival policies, if any, are explained when you book.

Prices on this site are starting points shown for information. Your final price depends on the treatment plan agreed at your consultation and is confirmed before any treatment begins. Prices may change without notice.

Special offers are available for a limited time, may be limited to new clients or one per person, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and have no cash value. We may change or end an offer at any time, and we will honor any offer you have already been confirmed for.

We try to keep this site accurate, but errors happen. If a price or description is wrong, we will tell you before you are charged.

No payments are taken through this website. Services, gift cards, packages and memberships are paid for in the studio.

BeLA gift cards do not expire and carry no service fees. As required by California law, a gift card with a remaining balance under $10 can be redeemed for cash on request.

Membership and package terms — including billing, pausing and cancellation — are provided in writing when you enroll and apply in addition to these terms.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy or scrape its content, interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas not intended for the public, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to BeLA Med Spa or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Treatment and product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

The site may link to third-party services such as maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

BeLA Med Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
